Based on our member’s requests, HSEF has several times taken the initiative to procure framework agreements to ensure that our members receive the best services at the lowest price. During the past year, we have signed framework agreements with Skekraft, Kone, Parkinn, Westmere Access & Communication and several other companies. We look continuously on new framework agreement that can add value tour member’s economic interests.
